Roles/Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals and monitor workforce planning.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and promote a positive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with recruitment to attract and retain talent; oversee onboarding and offboarding.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development initiatives, and facilitate leadership programs.
- Performance Management: Support management in setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and managing performance
