Lead the charge in transforming finance applications for a global semiconductor powerhouse, overseeing multiple global teams.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Information Systems Division team members improving the Finance, Accounting, Costing and related tools from an IT perspective.
- Act as the primary interface between key business users (such as Finance team) and the Applications Finance team.
- Provide support to internal customers using the finance systems, ensuring problem resolution.
- Collaborate with other Process and IT teams globally to develop, customize, and configure innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about market technologies by attending ERP and related conferences.
Required skills
- 7+ years of professional experience with SAP FI/CO, including hands-on configuration.
- Proficiency in Japanese (fluent; N1 or equivalent) and English (conversational; TOEIC score above 600).
- Team leadership experience for 5+ years (including hiring, training, etc), preferably in Japan.
- Experience in project and task management.
- Excellent negotiation skills, including with external parties like vendors, and internal parties like senior stakeholders.
Preferred skills
- Proven track record in implementing scalable, flexible, and upgradable solutions.
- Strong performance in service desk request management based on user feedback and statistics.
- Experience in monitoring external service suppliers.
