Design, launch, and scale a partner program tailored to SIers and consulting firms
Identify, recruit, and enable new partners (e.g., NTT Data, Hitachi, Deloitte, Accenture)
Develop joint business plans covering sales enablement, marketing, and technical integration
Serve as the main point of contact for all partner relations and ensure mutual growth
Coordinate onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and support processes with internal teams
Negotiate contracts, co-marketing agreements, and partner incentive structures
5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development
Background in B2B tech, SaaS, system integration, or consulting industries
Proven success in designing and executing scalable partner programs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex relationships
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
