Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and scale a partner program tailored to SIers and consulting firms
- Identify, recruit, and enable new partners (e.g., NTT Data, Hitachi, Deloitte, Accenture)
- Develop joint business plans covering sales enablement, marketing, and technical integration
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partner relations and ensure mutual growth
- Coordinate onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and support processes with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts, co-marketing agreements, and partner incentive structures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development
- Background in B2B tech, SaaS, system integration, or consulting industries
- Proven success in designing and executing scalable partner programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex relationships
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
