Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in non-yen rates swap trading

- Strong understanding of fixed income instruments and market mechanics

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to make sound trading decisions under pressure
- Effective communication and team collaboration
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Exposure to electronic trading platforms or algo execution tools
- Experience working with global rates desks or multi-currency trading
