A leading international investment banking advisory firm is seeking an M&A Analyst

Roles/Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including valuation and modeling, to support M&A transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and deal documentation.
• Work closely with senior team members to execute cross-border M&A deals.

Required skills

• Experience in M&A, investment banking, securities firm operations, or related financial analysis.
• Native level Japanese required. English must be at least business level.
