Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Manage legal documents and assist with contract filing and compliance workflows.
- Support internal legal operations and ensure proper documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and other departments to meet legal needs.
- Report directly to the Legal Manager and contribute as a core legal team member.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a legal support or in-house contract-related role.
