Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and address skill gaps.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage L&D budget and resources efficiently.
- Stay updated on L&D trends and best practices to innovate and improve programs.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of L&D experience in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
