Roles/Responsibilities
- Participate in real-time incident bridges (in English) to gather information and communicate with IT operations and development teams at overseas locations to analyze incidents, identify the background and causes of problems, and propose necessary improvement actions.
- Translate proposed improvement actions into concrete execution plans and support their implementation.
- Collaborate with incident management and change management teams to identify process issues and implement quality improvements.
- Regularly review the application of preventive measures to ensure they are being applied as expected.
Required skills
- Experience in the operation and development of cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience in the operation and development of applications, databases, call center reception systems, inventory management systems, etc.
- Fluency in Japanese and English for internal communication.
