Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage corporate IT investment to achieve business efficiency and strategy implementation, including reporting and communication to senior management.
- Coordinate integrated operational tasks related to IT costs, such as budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Plan, execute, and oversee specific projects and actions aligned with corporate IT roadmaps and OKRs, including resource and budget management.
- Foster an environment for smooth collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in projects with global impact, considering diverse business requirements, processes, regulations, and cultural differences across the company's global ventures.
- Contribute to Corporate Engineering's initiatives, including DX promotion and the development of proprietary corporate products.
- Take part in shaping the future of organizational operations and prioritize initiatives to adapt flexibly to change.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant field; or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management, including solution implementation planning.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in budget management-related tasks.
- 4+ years of experience in internet, software, media, or similar industries.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with management and collaborate closely with multiple teams and leaders.
- Proficiency in document creation and data visualization.
- Fluent Japanese or higher (including speaking and writing)

Preferred skills
- Business English or above.
- Experience in team management or collaborative teamwork environments.
- Certification in ITIL Foundation.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.
