A leading global software provider is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific region. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and product specialists, you will analyze business requirements, configure tailored IP platforms, and support successful digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing intellectual property processes and workflows to identify software requirements and improvement opportunities.
- Configure and implement customized IP management solutions in collaboration with technical and development teams.
- Develop migration strategies to support users transitioning from legacy systems to modern digital platforms.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful software adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in intellectual property management, legal operations, trademark administration, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience working with intellectual property rights, patent administration, or legal documentation processes.
- Hands-on experience using specialized IP management software or intellectual property tracking systems.
- Strong ability to create technical business documentation and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage complex operational challenges independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business to Intermediate level
