As HR Business Partner, you will be a key advisor to business leaders and a strategic partner to the Japan leadership team.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and HR solutions that support the business strategy.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and provide expert counsel on performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational change. Support leaders in maintaining a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent. Lead efforts in employee retention, ensuring a strong employee value proposition and high levels of engagement.
- Learning & Development: Partner with leaders to identify training and development needs. Support the design and delivery of leadership development, employee training programs, and succession planning to ensure continuous growth and development.
- Change Management: Support business transformation and change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and helping employees adapt to organizational changes.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and employment practices.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
