- Lead re-organization efforts to optimize team structures and functions.

- Manage and optimize labor operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and
- regulations.
- Design and implement systems and processes for recruitment, onboarding, and
- trial periods.
- Create strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Required skills
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing labor operations with a focus on
- efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in organizing
- compliance-related processes.
- Experience in planning HR and recruitment strategies that align with overall
- business objectives.
Preferred skills
- Experience in designing evaluation and compensation systems.
- Proven ability to design and implement internal training programs for human
