Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs and objectives.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
