- Drive talent management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Advise on employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Oversee performance management and compensation alignment with business needs
- Support change management and transformation projects across the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment regulations
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Soft Skills:
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders to drive HR initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills across leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend practical solutions
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
