Confidential Head of Sales for Major Consulting/SI Firm
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Division and develop the overall strategy for the practice
- Main strong relationships with key clients (CxO, Department Heads) across multiple Industry Verticals
- Work Closely with other executives committee members to help grow the business in Japan during this aggressive growth period
- Manage a large team of other Business development and Sales members across different domains
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Japan
Required skills
- Experience in Consulting or Service Sales (not Product Sales) at a leadership level
- Experience managing teams of other business development members and establishing sales strategy
- Industry specific knowledge and understanding about operations across multiple domains.
Preferred skills
- Experience in Management Consulting or IT Consulting is nice to have
