Head of Compliance

A global FinTech company is looking for a Head of Compliance.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Engaging in risk management related to regulatory obligations.
• Delivering on the necessary compliance obligations.
• Supervising compliance with pertinent legislation and organizational rules.
• Evaluating the company's execution protocols and conducting monitoring tests for best execution practices.
• Maintaining strong communication with regulators, trade associations, and outside stakeholders.

Required skills

• At least 5 years experiences of relevant roles in operations, sales, or compliance within the Japanese FX/CFD landscape.
• English - Fluent/Business
• Japanese - Fluent/Business

Preferred skills

• A license holders of Gaimuin and/or Naibukanri Sekininsha of the JSDA,FFAJ and CFAJ.
