    About the job

    Join a major global digital services company as a PM Support / Operations Manager (Haken), driving data quality improvements, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination across a large-scale digital platform. You will work closely with product, business, and data teams to support operational excellence and deliver value across high-impact digital initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and support data quality improvement initiatives across business units.
    • Streamline and optimize data operations workflows to enhance efficiency.
    • Plan and execute data expansion and enhancement measures based on platform needs.
    • Coordinate data utilization requirements with business and product teams.
    • Support progress tracking, reporting, documentation, and project alignment.
    • Assist with operational issue investigation and structured problem-solving.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management / Product Management roles.
    • Hands-on ability in SQL or Python for data investigation and analysis.
    • Experience in project planning, reporting, and operational coordination.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder alignment ability.
    • Proactive mindset capable of operating in ambiguity and complex environments.
    • Logical thinking with a structured, issue-driven problem-solving approach.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent.
    • English: Intermediate to Business level.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience applying AI to operational efficiency improvements.
    • Knowledge or hands-on experience in data management.
    • Experience using Confluence, JIRA, or similar project tools.
