Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams across multicultural and global environments.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while maintaining high coding standards and software quality.
- Conduct code reviews, system testing, validation, and production deployments to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and recommend technical enhancements that support future business growth.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI development tools and automation solutions, and contribute to technical roadmaps that drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, software engineering, or enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Java Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MySQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), Kafka, and Git.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Google Cloud Storage (GCS), BigQuery, and Dataproc.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development best practices, version control, and project management tools such as Jira.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures and delivering enterprise-level web applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
