As a Project Management Support (PM Support) specialist, you will assist development teams by coordinating English meetings, managing project schedules, and supporting smooth communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate English-language meetings within the development team, including agenda management and minutes preparation.
- Support project management activities such as schedule tracking, action item follow-up, and issue organization.
- Provide reminders and ensure tasks stay on track across multiple stakeholders.
- Assist with event coordination, planning, and execution related to project activities.
- Create professional presentation materials using PowerPoint.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience leading, coordinating, and documenting meetings in English.
- Prior project management or PM support experience (scheduling, action tracking, issue management).
- Strong PowerPoint skills for creating structured project documentation.
- Knowledge or experience related to IT development environments is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Organized, proactive, and able to support multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
