Group Administrator in a fast paced global environment
Roles/Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the group, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required skills
- Native Japanese speaker with excellent business English skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a group administration role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience in the financial industry would be a plus.
