Global Investment Bank is searching GIG Coverage Analyst to Associate, IBD

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A, IPOs, and debt advisory transactions in the GIG sector.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to prepare pitch materials, reports, and presentations for clients.
• Conduct industry research on GIG projects.
• Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to clients, and participate in discussions on financing strategies.

Required skills

• 2 to 10 years of investment banking or advisory experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
