Roles/Responsibilities
- Grievance Management: Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and equitable resolution of issues.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, and other workplace concerns, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Policy Development and Enforcement: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Legal Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices comply with all relevant laws.
Required skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee relations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Preferred skills
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
