DevOps Engineer - Bilingual Cloud and CI - CD Expert in Tokyo

We are seeking a bilingual DevOps Engineer to join a dynamic and growing engineering team. In this role, you will manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments. You will work closely with development teams to enhance system performance, improve uptime, and create scalable, secure, and efficient environments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software deployments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
• Partner with development teams to enhance deployment processes and system performance.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) to automate environment creation.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years in DevOps or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: JLPT N3 or above, with ability to participate in meetings.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and apply critical thinking.
• Comfortable in an international environment, collaborating across global teams.
