Roles/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges, gather and analyze diverse data sources, and provide actionable insights.
- Lead the full data analysis process, from KPI design to advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Create effective BI dashboards and reports to clearly present analysis results.
- Bridge client requirements with engineering teams and ensure project progress and quality meet expectations.
- Promote data governance to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and techniques, sharing knowledge to improve team efficiency.
Required skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Consultant.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or DOMO.
- Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
Preferred skills
- Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and document creation skills.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
