Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding FX and CFD services via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account opening procedures and system operations
Lead, develop, and manage the customer support team
Collaborate with global support and product teams to enhance service quality
Investigate and resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction
Update website content and support deposit and withdrawal procedures
Streamline customer support processes to improve efficiency and resolution time
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Must hold a Type 1 Financial Instruments Business registration with the Japan Securities Dealers Association
Must be registered as a securities agent with the Financial Futures Association of Japan
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Technical Skills:
Basic PC operation and typing skills
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Language Requirements
Japanese: Native-level proficiency
English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of FX or CFD trading and a strong interest in financial markets
Customer service experience in the financial industry (FX, CFDs, derivatives)
Interest or experience in online trading service providers
