Contents Producer

Be responsible for managing print and content production development as a Contents Producer in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee image production to ensure high-quality results that meet client expectations.
• Manage the integration of images and text into catalogues for cohesive presentations.
• Serve as the main contact for Project Managers, ensuring smooth content project execution.
• Provide expert guidance on image production techniques and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for efficient content creation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with client guidelines and budget.
• Monitor quality control, budget, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.

Required skills

• Expertise in project, production, and supplier management.
• 3+ years of experience in Creative/Production project management, ideally within software development.
• Skilled in collaborating with overseas production companies and vendors.

Preferred skills

• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and standard office software
• applications.
• Solid knowledge in video and photo production.

Personal Attributes

• Japanese N2 level communication skills is a must.
