In this role, you will drive end-to-end improvements in client journeys by coordinating across business units, supporting compliance, and delivering operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize improvements in the client journey and lead implementation of global rollouts and local enhancements
- Present ideas and escalate issues in both local and global forums to ensure visibility and alignment
- Host optimization meetings and lead coordination between HQ and domestic stakeholders
- Work closely with institutional and cross-border teams to streamline integration
- Analyze journey data and conversion metrics to drive experience-focused improvements
- Ensure clarity and compliance in client communications across all touchpoints
- Support AML/KYC alignment through coordination with compliance teams and journey standardization
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven project coordination and client experience management within banking, securities, or brokerage firms
- Strong familiarity with AML/KYC compliance practices
- JSDA Sales Representative Level 1 & 2 certification
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Understanding of common IT or data-related issues
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting journey data and user conversion rates
Soft Skills:
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving process gaps
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in client onboarding, KYC, or similar operational areas
- Background in process improvement or journey optimization projects within financial services
