Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with global trade finance clients.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality client service experience across all touchpoints.
- Act as the main point of contact for trade finance-related client inquiries.
- Resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Support client retention through proactive engagement and service follow-up.
- Identify potential business opportunities and refer them to sales teams.
- Monitor key transactions and ensure timely and accurate execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Practical experience in banking, finance, or a related field, with exposure to trade finance products and processes.
- Understanding of global trade finance operations and client servicing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different internal teams.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
