Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployment and safe operation of advanced surgical technologies at assigned hospitals
- Train and support medical staff and technical teams on equipment use, setup, and maintenance
- Develop and deliver training programs for surgeons and clinical support teams
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to set usage goals and expand procedural adoption
- Monitor operational performance, conduct program reviews, and recommend improvements
- Promote awareness and adoption of innovative surgical procedures across departments
- Analyze competitor technologies and market trends to strengthen local implementation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales or client-facing experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative approach to solving challenges
Soft Skills:
- Flexibility to adapt within dynamic and fast-changing medical environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management capability, including planning and coordination
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Basic level
