Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the APAC region.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and compensation planning.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulations.
