APAC HRD

Globally well known sports brand is looking for an APAC HRD to join their team in Tokyo

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the APAC region.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and compensation planning.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulations.
