About the role:
As the Senior HR Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the Employee Experience through a people-first approach. This pivotal role is essential for driving team engagement, managing HR functions across multiple locations, and supporting regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the HR agenda across various sites, acting as the primary HR contact for senior leaders on critical issues such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Leadership Development.
- Localized HR Solutions: Develop and implement tailored HR solutions that cater to each market and function, promoting a culture of care, collaboration, and high engagement.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and policies. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, regional stakeholders, and global contacts to enhance Employee Experience and adapt future work practices.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and support organizational goals.
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced HR Leader: Bring over 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in dynamic, matrixed environments with regional or global exposure.
- Cultural Fit: Act as an ambassador for organizational values, aligning People Experience with principles such as teamwork, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Exhibit a hands-on approach to resolving HR issues, including employee relations, leadership recruitment, and onboarding.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and team player. Show a passion for people development and fostering a high-performance culture.
