Role Overview
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in representing the company's values through exceptional front-of-house service. This role requires someone who is articulate, well-presented, and capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, C-level executives, and high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing calls, handling inquiries, and managing appointments
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and reflects the company's professional image
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Provide administrative support to internal teams when required
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or client-facing role within a corporate environment
Prior experience in the financial services, legal, or professional services industry is strongly preferred
Proven ability to interact with senior executives, high-profile clients, and stakeholders with confidence and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using office management tools and phone systems
