About the role:
The Sales Lead/Manager will be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle for our product lines, ensuring exceptional revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration. This executive will play a critical dual role: serving as a frontline sales leader and a strategic partner to the management team.
- Directly manage, coach, and motivate a sales team focusing on continuous skill development to maximize individual and collective sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate, refine, and execute comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategies.
- Own the P&L objectives for the designated product portfolio
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, by understanding their core business challenges and identifying all critical influencers and decision-makers
- Translate complex customer needs into clear, compelling value propositions, positioning our ICT solutions and managed services.
About you:
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or advanced qualification in Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 6 - 8 years of verifiable success in sales, developing new business, or managing key accounts, specifically within the domains of Managed Services, Systems Integration, or IT Infrastructure Sales.
- Leadership/Mentorship: Experience in team leadership or management is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in network technologies or Cyber Security or Managed Services principles.
