Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational support to Agency Trading desks.
- Handle trade allocations and confirmation processes for institutional clients across Asia ex-Japan equity markets.
- Accurately book transactions, investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, and respond to client queries within agreed service levels.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and report issues in a timely manner.
- Follow control frameworks, highlight risk exposures, and implement corrective measures to close gaps.
- Foster strong working relationships with trading desks, clients, and other Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in investment banking Operations, ideally within cash equities.
- Strong understanding of the trade life cycle and interactions among internal stakeholders.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; proactive, resilient under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective collaborator who can also work independently.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Risk-aware and control-focused, with an understanding of the impact of operational errors.
