    • Join as a legal secretary to support partners of a renowned law firm

    • Vital position for an experienced secretary looking for a short term opportunity

    • Manage client files from opening to close, including billing, and document management.
    • Proactively identify and implement ways to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
    • 3 Month's Contract (Oct 2025 - Dec 2025)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Service & Client Delivery:

      • Manage and coordinate end-to-end service delivery, including meetings, travel, and communications.

      • Onboard new clients in line with firm policies and risk management protocols.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Provide support to various functions as needed, including reception coverage.

    • Business Development:

      • Collaborate on and edit client-facing documents, such as bids, proposals, and brochures.

      • Maintain and update client and contact information in the firm's CRM system (Interaction).

      • Assist with updating lawyer CVs and managing the firm's credentials database.

    • Project Management:

      • Manage the client file opening process, including conflict and money laundering checks.

      • Handle document production, formatting, and proofreading to ensure quality and consistency.

      • Assist with the billing process, from drafting pre-bills to finalizing submissions.

      • Support lawyers with expense preparation and submission.

    • Innovation & Improvement:

      • Demonstrate a proactive, innovative mindset to improve service delivery.

      • Adapt to the priorities of assigned practice groups and commit to continuous improvement.

    Qualifications & Skillsets

    • Diploma-level education or equivalent.

    • Professional certification in a secretarial or administrative field is preferred.

    • Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment is required.

    • Proven ability to anticipate risks, excellent communication skills, and an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.

    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
