Overview
You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
The Role:
Product and Solutions Expertise:
- Technical Proficiency: Have a solid understanding of the solutions and products you are marketing, including their features, benefits, and use cases, including a working knowledge of key solution areas in the Graphic Communications space, including: Colour Management, Web-to-Print and e-Commerce, Workflow Automation, and Direct Marketing and Cross-Media.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibits a thorough understanding of software licensing, service level agreements (i.e. support / maintenance and consultancy) and appreciation of software development, feature enhancements and release cycles.
- Competitive Analysis: Be aware of competitors' offerings and identify your unique selling propositions (USPs).
Communication Skills:
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including thought-leadership, case studies, and social media content.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and stakeholders.
Sales Collaboration:
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively sell the solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Maintain a closed feedback loop with the sales team towards continuous improvement and alignment to the marketing strategy.
Project Management:
- Campaign Management Support: Work with Marketing to Plan, Execute, and Manage marketing campaigns.
Relationship Building:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Partner / Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with external third party partners and vendors.

- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new marketing techniques, tools, and technologies.

Strategic Thinking & Industry Knowledge:
- Deep Understanding of Industry: Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and innovations within the Graphic Communications industry.
- Customer Insights: Know your target audience, their pain points, and needs to tailor solutions that address these effectively.
- Industry Associations: Develop and leverage connections within the GC Industry associations in order to facilitate an increase of awareness of FUJIFILM Business Innovation offerings and services in the market.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging that resonates with the target market.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Sales or Marketing in a developed GC market (preferred).
- Working experience in a professional or software / IT services environment (preferred).
- At least 2 years of Product Life Cycle Management, including designing and executing marketing programs.
- Ability to present at C-Level in a way that engages / motivates / inspires the audience (internal & external).
- Strong product (software and hardware) demonstration and positioning presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen, thinks strategically and demonstrates clear decision-making capabilities.
- Degree in Marketing / Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years sales / consulting experience (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years marketing experience.
- Strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
