Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for a Family Personal Assistant. This role serves as a key liaison across domestic staff and PAs to oversee daily household operations, family logistics, and children's schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily domestic operations to maintain a seamless, well-run household.
- Work closely alongside the Principals, providing dedicated, primary assistance to the lady of the house.
- Collaborate effectively with existing PAs, drivers, domestic helpers, and vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
- Oversee family calendars, coordinate travel, handle restaurant reservations, and manage all domestic appointments around the family's daily routine.
- Supervise logistics for children's routines-including school transfers, extracurricular activities, and medical/personal appointments-monitoring drivers closely to ensure punctual, safe transportation.
- Respond adaptively to dynamic schedules, last-minute modifications, and urgent domestic requests as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven background in HNW/UHNW environments as a Household Manager or Senior Family PA, with a deep understanding of high-profile household dynamics.
- Full fluency in English and Mandarin, with a strong familiarity with Chinese family culture and expectations (local Singapore experience preferred).
- Exceptional coordination skills with a decisive, confident personality to effectively manage drivers, domestic helpers, and fellow PAs.
- Highly proactive and organized, maintaining the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and composure under pressure.
