Cybersecurity Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SOC, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, and escalation.

• Oversee security tools and platforms, and optimise cybersecurity processes.

• Conduct investigations, digital forensics, and vulnerability assessments.

• Manage threat intelligence feeds and disseminate actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Risk, Strategy & Transformation teams, and regulators.

• Support audits and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

• Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC management.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and digital forensics.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) preferred.
