Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the SOC, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, and escalation.
Oversee security tools and platforms, and optimise cybersecurity processes.
Conduct investigations, digital forensics, and vulnerability assessments.
Manage threat intelligence feeds and disseminate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Risk, Strategy & Transformation teams, and regulators.
Support audits and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC management.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and digital forensics.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) preferred.
