Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, including logistics, catering, and scheduling across multiple time zones for both internal and external clients.
Arrange business travel for the team, handling flights, accommodations, and other related logistics.
Process expense reimbursements and manage various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with investor event planning and execution, including roadshows and conferences, by coordinating logistics, managing registration, and offering on-site support.
Prepare marketing materials for meetings.
Oversee office administrative duties, such as managing deliveries and correspondence, booking meeting rooms, greeting visitors, and liaising with building management on facility issues.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a preference for banking sector experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resourceful and solution-oriented, capable of performing under pressure.
Highly efficient and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, flexible, and helpful in approach.
