Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting hiring across Southeast Asia and the wider APAC region.

What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and Data Centre positions across the SEA/APAC region.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals and direct sourcing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights and advise on recruitment strategy.
- Source, screen and interview candidates, presenting high-quality shortlists aligned to business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and oversee the recruitment process through to offer acceptance and pre-boarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment operations across multiple countries while balancing competing hiring priorities.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by building diverse talent pipelines and ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
- Represent the organisation professionally and help strengthen its reputation as an employer of choice.
About you
- You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
- We're looking for someone with:
- Proven recruitment experience within the Data Centre industry.
- Strong regional recruitment experience across Southeast Asia and APAC, supporting hiring in multiple countries.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insights.
- Experience supporting business hiring needs while effectively managing recruitment operations.
- A track record of delivering high-volume or project-based recruitment, ideally within BPO, RPO or fast-paced project environments with demanding timelines.
- The resilience to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and candidate management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
