Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term technology vision.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives spanning cloud adoption, infrastructure modernisation, automation, platform engineering, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and innovation opportunities.
- Provide executive oversight across cloud platforms, data centres, networks, workplace technology, platform services, and technology operations.
- Ensure enterprise platforms deliver the highest standards of availability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive technology standardisation, governance, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape.
- Establish a world-class operating model focused on service reliability, resilience, automation, and customer experience.
- Oversee technology resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident management capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including responsibility for large-scale infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Proven experience leading large organisations and managing substantial technology budgets.
- Strong track record delivering enterprise-wide cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience operating within complex, highly regulated, or mission-critical environments.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management, leadership, and organisational transformation capabilities.
