Loan Operations Manager (corporate banking)

Responsibilities

• Manage loan operations processes, including loan origination, servicing, and collections for bilateral and syndication loan
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential risks or issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in loan operations
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, servicing, and collections processes
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
