Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Direct agile scrum teams to deliver quality products on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure compliance with agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives.

• Organize and conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Oversee timelines, risks, and resources, while tracking progress for transparency and accountability.

Skills Reqd

• Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager with a strong grasp of agile and traditional methodologies.

• Required Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe); Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with experience using agile/project management tools.

• Proficient in Chinese and English
