Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM platform roadmap creation and continuous enhancement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, translate, and prioritize requirements.
- Manage end-to-end CRM implementation, configuration, and operational support.
- Oversee vendor coordination, project timelines, governance, and quality assurance.
- Ensure CRM compliance with enterprise architecture and global standards.
- Provide issue resolution, end-user guidance, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate collaboration across global and local cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years in CRM or related IT leadership roles.
- Hands-on CRM platform administration and continuous improvement experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions in global commercial environments.
- Strong expertise with Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault in large-scale implementations.
- Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder IT projects with internal teams and vendors.
- Salesforce Platform certification.
- Graduate degree in computer science or a related field.
