About the Role
This is a hybrid position based in the East Midlands, offering 1 day per week remote working. You'll play a central role in overseeing financial compliance and reporting across multiple international regions, supporting efficiency, transparency, and strategic growth in line with our global vision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial reporting and compliance for operations across regions

Collaborate with local advisors to ensure tax and statutory compliance in each market

Deliver accurate and timely financial statements aligned with group reporting standards

Develop financial models and forecasting to support international expansion and performance tracking

Oversee intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations

Identify and implement cost control opportunities to improve financial efficiency

Support audits and regulatory submissions across jurisdictions
What You'll Bring

ACCA or CIMA finalist or fully qualified

Strong analytical, forecasting and financial reporting skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in international finance or accounting is highly desirable

Proficient in interpreting IFRS or GAAP frameworks

A keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
