The role:
I'm looking for a commercially-minded, relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to join a dynamic team supporting a high-performing portfolio in the Financial Services space.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic financial services partnerships - including both major institutions and challenger brands. You'll be responsible for managing and growing existing partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, identifying new opportunities, and leading initiatives that deliver value for both the business and its partners.
Working cross-functionally with stakeholders from marketing, technology, product, legal, and finance, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and commercial outcomes across cards and non-cards products.
Specifically, you will:
- Provide end-to-end management of strategic partnerships within a growing co-branded financial services portfolio
- Lead commercial negotiations, including modelling and contract execution
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to deliver on business objectives
- Identify and onboard new partners and revenue opportunities
- Build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- Report on partnership performance and key business metrics
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in financial services (Big 4 banking highly regarded)
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience in business development, commercial modelling, and strategic partnership management
- Experience working in or with loyalty, rewards, or co-branded products
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and a drive to deliver results
