The Service Delivery Analyst/Administrator is responsible for supporting the BC lead and the rest of the program team in ensuring the successful implementation of the new business continuity tool. This includes managing data migration from the existing business continuity tool, user training, systems configuration user support.
Responsibility
- Assist BC Lead in technical support during business continuity tool configuration and roll out phases.
- Oversee the effective migration of business continuity plans and data from the existing business continuity tool and other sources in Sharepoint.
- Manage and coordinate user training, including training materials.
- Provide system administration support to users during initial phases of implementation.
- Support change management related activities.
Attributes
- 4+ years experience in a Service Delivery Analyst/Admin position similar role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Experience in management IT platforms, preferably related to Business Continuity, Crisis Management or disaster recovery (ServiceNow for example)
- Good understanding of project management methods and process
- Ability to take ownership of work streams and deliver autonomously.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving situations.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem resolution skills.
