    Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Global Healthcare Service Provider that is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join their thriving Australian business as a Consultant.This pivotal role is perfect for a leader who is ready to take a company's compliance framework to the next level, enhancing processes and building a high-performing team.

    As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in reviewing and enhancing existing compliance processes across the APAC operations. You will be tasked with delivering a robust compliance framework, driving process improvements, and establishing best-practice reporting. You'll lead from the front, significantly boosting the capabilities of the compliance team.

    This role is for an initial 3-6 months, with the possibility to go permanent if you wish. Whilst this is a day rate contract, they're also open to it being a fixed-term contract. The company offers hybrid working 3 days a week in the Sydney CBD.

    Responsibilities:

    • Compliance Framework & Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive compliance framework that aligns with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
    • Process Improvement & Risk Management: Review current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives to streamline compliance workflows and reduce operational risk.
    • Report & Govern: Develop compliance reports for executive leadership and stakeholders. Oversee incident reporting, audit findings and resolution processes.
    • Lead & Mentor: Mentor the compliance team to build internal capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Deliver training programs and champion leadership development.

    Requirements:

    • A tertiary degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior compliance or regulatory role, preferably within healthcare or medical services.
    • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
    • A strong understanding of clinical governance, audit cycles, and regulatory reporting.
    • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to be a business partner at all levels.
