Our client requires the services of a seasoned Project Manager to navigate the successful implementation of a Business Continuity SaaS tool, which requires significant process change in the business
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, driving and directing all aspects of the project including change management. The PM will need strong experience in providing project management and change management services, to deliver required business outcomes as well capability to run integrated parallel business and IT activity streams.
The role will own the full life cycle for the project, sub-projects and change, providing thought leadership, direction and quality services which both predict and meet the needs of the clients individual business units and the client as a whole.
The PM will be responsible for planning, managing costs, benefits, projects budgets and providing assurance over the quality and efficiency of the project within the broader portfolio of change, maintaining a strong focus on ensuring no disruption to existing 'business as usual' operational activities and successful transition to future 'business as usual' process.
They will also be responsible for minimising the negative effects and maximising the benefits of organisational change. They will work with the implementation team to focus on affected stakeholders - identifying the impact on them, getting them ready for the changes and handling any resistance to change.
