Our client is a rapidly growing HealthTech company on an ambitious journey of digital transformation - integrating AI, automation, and cloud technologies to modernise their platforms and enhance healthcare delivery.
They're now seeking a forward-thinking IT Manager to oversee infrastructure operations, elevate cybersecurity maturity, and partner with leadership on the next phase of their technology evolution.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a pivotal position at a company where technology truly underpins business growth. You'll work closely with an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) and internal leaders to ensure performance, resilience, and innovation across the IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimise end-to-end IT infrastructure with MSP partners

Design, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity frameworks

Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Manage vendor performance, contracts, and technology outcomes

Create clear documentation, policies, and reporting for senior leadership

Translate technical detail into business insight and strategic recommendations
Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)

Advanced knowledge of cyber threat assessment and risk mitigation

Experience managing MSP and vendor relationships

Background in infrastructure security, automation, and system efficiency

Understanding of AI enablement or digital transformation initiatives (highly regarded)
Ideal Profile

Experience in an IT Infrastructure or IT Manager role within a fast-paced environment

Cybersecurity certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) is highly advantageous

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to technology strategy
